The Franchise Compensation Study for 2010 is Closed!
Each year, FRANdata surveys active franchise
systems from every industry, of all sizes and experience. As of August, we have completed collecting data for this year. Thank you to all who participated!
Survey results will be available in mid September. If you would like make sure you are informed when the Reports are complete, email us at CompReport@frandata.com and we will alert you when it is ready.
What's New This Year
- More jobs surveyed! Many of you asked us to expand the jobs surveyed to include C-level and Senior Executive level roles in departments. We listened. We've also added positions in more departments.
- Available in September! Most of you are on a year-end planning cycle and have asked us to make sure we get the results to you in the early 4th quarter so that you can use this data in 2010. We promise to do so!
- Both Salary and Planning Information! The information we collect in the survey can be used for more than just salary negotiations, it can help you budget and plan for your growth in the coming year. We will provide you with even more detailed information this year that will help you with your strategic planning.
- List of participating franchises! Many of you asked us to include the list of companies that participated in the survey so that you have a better understanding of the results. We will do so this year – of course, all data will be reported in ways to protect the confidentiality of your information.
