Definitions:
FRANCHISEE_TYPE values:
"ST" = standard, vanilla franchisee (ie has signed a Franchise Agreement)
"AD" = area developer; by definition a multi-unit franchisee, has signed an area development agreement
and separately franchise agreements for each of their locations
"AR" = area representative, typically a franchisee-broker, both operates at least one unit and also
supports and solicits other franchisees in their territory
NOTE: FRANCHISEE_TYPE values apply to the system that they are in; a multi-unit, multi-brand
franchisee may be a ST franchisee in one system and an AD in another
ADDRESS_TYPE values:
"HQ" = a confirmed headquarters address for the franchisee; the best place to reach them
"UNIT" = the unit location; depending on what type of business, the unit is an office or a storefront.
UNITS:
A calculated value based on the number of unit records we have for each FRANCHISEE_ENTITY
across the entire FRANdata franchisee database.
RELEASE NOTES:
Some spreadsheet and word processors may omit the preceding zeros (0) in zip
code fields. You should check to confirm that this has not happened before
you print your labels.
1-800Flooded, Zeroez and Cloud 9 did not disclose any franchisee information.
