March Sees Many Renewal Applications
The annual renewal activity began in earnest in March 2007, with 19 renewal applications approved. Three (3) new applications were also determined during the month.
The Franchise Registry is the online listing of franchise systems whose franchisees receive expedited loan processing when applying for financial assistance from the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA).
"We strive to make the Registry renewal process as easy as possible," said Darrell Johnson, President, FRANdata. "Franchisors simply login, update their application, send us their updated agreement and fee, and the review process begins. If there are no significant changes to an agreement, the whole process can be as short as a week or two."
