the Number of Units Makes a Difference
As you know, there are different types of franchisees. Single unit operators, small multi-unit franchisees (2-5 units) and larger multi-unit franchisees. Large multi-unit franchisees can be area developers within a given system or investment companies who are part of multiple brands. Each of these groups has different operating structures and needs. Successfully reaching each type may requite different messages and means of communication.
